Warranty
One year manufacturer warranty. Buyer is responsible for all the
shipment cost from the buyer to us. The warranty covers
any manufacturer defects.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close or item may be relisted.
We accept personal check, PayPal, Cashiers check or money order only. If you pay
personal check, the item will be held until bank verification of fund transfer
(Usually 4-7 working days). Item will be shipped when payment is received or
clear. Non-Paying bidders will receive a non-paying bidder alert as well as
negative feedback.
Return Policy
Buyer must be 100% satisfied with the item or it may be returned for a refund
for up to 15 days, provided the item is returned properly with an return
authorization RA number and is in new condition with all original packaging and
accessaries. To return, the buyer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item
to obtain a RA number first. Returns that do not meet the above requirements and
guidelines will not be accepted. All shipping fees are non-refundable and all
returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Item(s) received damaged from
shipping or defected in the manufacture need to notify us within two day of
receiving the item(s) and will be exchanged by us at no additional charge, but
are not exempt from restocking fees if returned for a refund. Refunds post
within 30 days of when we receive the item back, if the item is returned
properly and according to our posted return policy. Items refused or not
accepted by the buyer upon shipment will be credited, minus restocking fees,
shipping costs and all return shipping costs. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping Policy
We ship within one business day (except weekends and holidays). We ship only
to the confirmed PayPal shipping address of the buyer if the item(s) are paid
through PayPal. If buyer(s) want to ship to a different address, please pay by
money order, cashiers check or personal check. Buyer is responsible for
additional shipping costs for items that are returned, refused and/or
undeliverable (Post office holds unclaimed package for 7 days). Buyer is responsible for the
accuracy of the shipping information in the eBay/PayPal account, as this
information automatically becomes the "ship to" address. Buyer's
