Payment must be made within 7 days of auction close or item may be relisted. We accept personal check, credit card, PayPal, Cashiers check or money order only. If you pay personal check, the item will be held until bank verification of fund transfer (Usually 4-7 business days). Item will be shipped when payment is received or clear. 

We ship only to the confirmed PayPal shipping address of the buyer if the item(s) are paid through PayPal. If buyer(s) want to ship to a different address, please pay by money order, cashiers check or personal check. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned,  refused and/or undeliverable except for the Product delivered in damaged condition. Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping information in the eBay/PayPal account, as this information automatically becomes the "ship to" address. Buyer's purchase denotes acceptance and agreement to the aforementioned terms and conditions. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Defective returns are only for Products purchased from us that are inoperable or do not function in accordance with the specifications published by the manufacturer and are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Purchaser may request an RMA for the return of defective Products within fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the Product. We may test the Products and may return to Purchaser, at Purchaser's expense, any Products found not to be defective. Upon verification that the returned Product is defective, we may, at our sole discretion, either (i) repair the defective Product, (ii) ship Purchaser a replacement Product, or (iii) refund Purchaser amount of Product's final auction price; shipping and handling cost and shipping insurance are non-refundable.  We shall not be obligated to repair, replace, or refund to Purchaser for Products rendered defective, in whole or in part, by causes external to the Products, including, but not limited to, catastrophe, power failure or transients, over voltage on interface, environment extremes, improper use, maintenance or application of the Products or use of unauthorized parts. Purchaser shall bear all risks of loss when returning defective Products.

After fifteen (15) calendar days of receipt of the Product, the Purchaser shall follow the manufacturer's warranty procedure to handle any defects of the Product.

Damaged Product returns are only for Products purchased from us and shipped via our carrier of choice that are damaged in the transit from us to the Purchaser. Purchaser shall refuse any Product delivered in damaged condition. If the Product is received in damaged condition, Purchaser shall notify us and request an RMA within two (2) business days of receipt of such Product. Failure to notify us and request an RMA within such time shall be deemed an acceptance of the Product as of the date of receipt.
